Leonardo Pablo Gutter is a psychologist by profession, with vast experience in this field, since 25 years. In his business ventures, Leonardo represents some of the largest American, European and Japanese TV and cinema studios in Latin America.

Leonardo Pablo Gutter has worked in the spiritual field for over 25 years spreading the message of human values and character development. He is a frequent visitor to India and to the ashram of Sri Sathya Sai Baba. He is one of the founding and first Coordinating Committee members of the Sai Organization in Argentina, today probably the country of largest membership in the Sai Organization in Latin America, and one of the largest worldwide. Due to his single focused dedication to a number of community service projects, Leonardo was appointed to the Prashanti Council.

Swami has recently instructed all devotees to chant Samastha Lokah Sukhino Bhavantu instead of Lokah Samastha Sukhino Bhavantu. Mr. Sainadh began his Journey to Swami 3 decades ago and with Swami's guidance and grace started the first Sai Centre in Oman in 1982 with 11 devotees and with one Balvikas child. He and his wife have been active in the Sai Organization ever since. With their hard work and Swami's grace, Oman now has 7 Sai Centres and 11 Balvikas Centres and approximately 750 devotees.

He has served as National Chairperson of Oman for two years and thereafter as regional spiritual Coordinator for the past 8 years.

Furthermore, he has conducted workshops through-out the Gulf area covering 18 countries. The workshop is entitled Vision / mission / Task and is focused on bringing awareness of Sai in the hearts of Sai devotees which gives them firm faith and confidence and this promotes their much needed involvement in the Sai Organization and in Sai's Mission.
